Gelato: Carpigiani Labo XPL’s program applies more cold, to increase consistency and body of dairy ice creams. The operators can always change the hardness of the ice cream to suit their preferences.
Gelato Fruit: Labo XPL’s program applies less cold for more delicate fruit ice creams and sorbets with a more intense flavour. The optimum chill control avoids the errors and wasted energy
Slush Fruit: Labo XPL’s program crystallises greatly fresh fruit cremoladas to make a product that is always smooth and even. The cycle can be programmed according to the amount and density of the finished product.
Hard-O-Time: The exclusive system of Carpigiani Labo XPL serves to achieve the excellent consistency time after time; during production, LCD will constantly show the time programs with the arrow keys. The time still continued to reach the ideal consistency.
POM Beater: This convenient machine can withstand the cold, and for total ice cream extraction with wide blades and without a centre. It is lightweight, rigid, and has scraping, self-regulating Scrapers to make the cylinder clean and performing at all times.
Post-refrigeration: Carpigiani Labo XPL is absolutely useful for larger models, where it serves to re-activate refrigeration during the extraction process, thus maintaining the consistency of the ice-creams to the end of the batch.
